BFVG Refund Policy: Guests who are unable to attend the event due to a positive COVID-19 result or who are required to isolate may at the discretion of BFVG transfer the ticket ownership to another party or seek to receive a refund if cancelling prior to 22 April 2021 (less administration fee).
To ensure the safety of our guests, a temporary isolation room will be constructed within Function room 1 of the Bundaberg Multiplex.
This space will be used where a guest, during the course of the event present with any of the above symptoms, who can not leave under their own accord or where BFVG staff have been advised by the appropriate health services.
BFVG takes your safety seriously, we respectfully ask that all guests maintain the appropriate social distancing requirements as directed by the Chief Health Officer.
BFVG will follow all directives of the Chief Health Officer and implement recommended protocols to ensure the safety of Gala Dinner guests. All information will be communicated to the primary ticket holder, on the BFVG website and on BFVG Social Media Channels where appropriate. Please ensure a current and active email address is used during registration.

BFVG Cancellation Policy: Where, by reason of a Force Majeure Event, BFVG is delayed in performing, or is unable, wholly or in part, to host the Gala Dinner and the event is cancelled, Guests who have purchased tickets will be refunded ticket price less a $10.00 per ticket administration fee.
