The program provides an opportunity for jobseekers and those at risk of unemployment to upskill and retrain for jobs to keep pace with a changing Queensland economy. Back to Work also provides intensive support to eligible jobseekers under a Pre Employment Program

The Queensland Government through the Department of Employment, Small Business and Training supports Queensland’s workforce by connecting local jobseekers to quality training and employment opportunities, and by helping small businesses to start, grow and thrive.

The Industry Workforce advisor Program aims to provide workforce planning assistance to employers in small and medium sized businesses, enabling them to address workforce challenges and connect employers with programs including grants and initiatives and refer eligible small businesses to the Workforce Connect Fund for HR solutions.

This approach ensures that businesses and individuals in Central Queensland receive exceptional guidance and support to excel in the region’s dynamic workforce environment.

CS Energy is a government owned company who provides customised energy solutions for Queensland’s large organisations. CS Energy are committed to a range of renewable energy technologies in support of Queensland’s decarbonisation Net Zero by 2030 promise with investment in solar and wind farm projects in regional Queensland and are exploring the potential of ‘green hydrogen’.
