Kylie has a background in career development and training, holds qualifications in Human
Resources, Career Development, Training and Assessment and Lead Auditing. She has strong
connections with the Office of Industrial Relations, Fairwork and other Government Departments, training organisations, jobseeker providers and local Schools. Kylie is passionate about educating the local workforce about Agricultural career opportunities and working one-on-one with businesses to address their workforce needs.

In her other duties as the Industry Services Officer, Kylie works with Regional Producers to identify opportunities that will enhance business capabilities and address current industry barriers. This  often takes the shape of organising training, providing assistance with Grant applications, navigating legislative obligations and linking with the experts. 

If you ever wondered who the face is behind the BFVG’s facebook FRIDAY Funny’s, look no further. Kylie puts to work her quirky sense of humour to not only update the social media channels but is responsible for maintaining the BFVG website design and content.

Kylie also facilitates BFVG’s Quality Assurance and compliance services through Freshcare Training, Freshcare Internal Audit’s, provision of templates to meet COVID and WHS requirements.
