The Agri-Wage Benchmarking guide is currently in development.

All Agri-sectors are invited to contribute to the content by completing a short survey relating to primary roles in the respective business and roles that businesses experience challenges attracting candidates.

The guide aims to raise the profile of the agriculture industry and enhance workforce attraction, it will place agri-businesses in a competitive position by indicating renumerations offered for same or similar positions when recruiting for skilled workers, attracting them away from metro centres. Thus enabling the industry to become competitive in attracting and retaining a skilled workforce for positions that are otherwise difficult to fill.
