Rhys Beutel is a passionate and driven individual from Bundaberg, QLD, where he grew up on a sweet potato farm. With a strong connection to the land and a wealth of hands-on experience, Rhys understands first hand the challenges and rewards that come with farming.
As the youngest member of the Bundaberg Fruit and Vegetable Growers board, he brings a fresh, forward-thinking perspective to the table, offering insights that reflect the next generation of farmers.
Rhys is deeply committed to advocating for farmers and championing sustainable agricultural practices. He is motivated by a strong desire to learn, improve, and take on challenges with a solutions-driven mindset.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Rhys maintains an active lifestyle, running a touch football team, staying fit and healthy, and enjoying fishing. Rhys is also happily married, balancing a fulfilling personal life with a dedication to making a positive impact in the agricultural community.
